Rendered with intricate engraved linework, aged metallic tones, and the visual character of an old insignia that probably shouldn't be considered legally binding, Certified Menace belongs to the RELICWORK™ style of Hard Mode IRL. It takes the symbols of authority, prestige, and ceremony and hands them to a raccoon who looks like he's already been asked to leave.
