Broken Crown depicts an ancient royal coin split violently through its center, dividing the crown stamped into its face. Weathered metal, fractured edges, worn ornamentation, and a single dark red jewel give the piece the feeling of recovered currency from a kingdom that disappeared long ago.

The design works as a quiet rejection of status, authority, and the endless pursuit of being important. Crowns break. Kingdoms disappear. The person underneath remains.
